Here are a list of things that I think you should get after jailbreaking:
BytaFont – Allows for a custom font (which you would download through Cydia)
**Warning: I have tried to port my own fonts onto my iPhone but ended up with the Apple logo of death and had to restore everything (luckily I backed everything up). So only do this if you really know what you’re doing, otherwise, leave it to the pros and download the fonts through Cydia**

Clock Hide – Removes the clock on the lockscreen, you would need to use this if you are using a lockscreen theme
Color Keyboard – Self explanatory really, set the keyboard to different colors; can also choose a rounded one
Five-Column SB – Lets you have 5 icons per row instead of the traditional 4
FolderEnhancer – Allows for more icons in folders, lets you have pages and folders within folders
iFile – Gives you access to your iPhone’s files, good to have if you need to delete anything in a theme (such as a wall)
Infinidock – Lets you have up to 10 icons in your dock, also gives the option for a scrolling dock
OpenNotifier – Places notifications on the status bar, can choose for apps, mail, texts, etc.
SBSettings – Access options such as wifi, brightness, respring, etc with the swipe of the status bar
Springtomize – Gives you many options such as hiding page dots, hide icon labels, change color of status bar, change carrier name, hide battery bar, etc.
Weather Icon – Places an icon and/or temp in the status bar
WinterBoard – This is a must for a jailbroken iPhone; this is where you would go to access any themes that you download
